Been here bunch of times, its expensive for me but I fancy the clothes especially comfort I feel when wearing them. Also they tend to treat the minority fairly which is awesome IMO.

Great brand. Love what they make and do. Glad to support them. Friendly and helpful staff. They have a discount section in the back so sometimes you can find some good deals back there.

The employees: Emily, Jen, and Doug are fantastic! They all provided me with an exceptional customer service experience. I had been searching for the right jacket (for comfort, style, and versatility) for a while and was debating on colors. Each of the provided me with support and took an interest in me and my purchase. Their personal touch and interest was what gave coming into a brick and mortar store special in comparison shopping online. 5 stars for each of these employees. Give them a raise! Thanks for being so friendly and warm and for representing such an incredible, environmentally defending company!

Called the store to see if they had some stuff in. Talked with Catherine about my use cases, and she gave me some suggestions. Drove almost an hour to meet her, have her show me the options, try on and so forth. The store in general was very accommodating and Catherine did a wonderful job of helping me pick out what I’ll need.

Extremely good experience. We had a gift card and we wanted to buy this hat in addition to a jacket, but we would go over the limit by quite a bit. The manager was nice about it and gave it to us on the house. All in all, if you need good quality outdoor clothing, this is the place to go.

The workshop on the proper care and repair of waterproof shells led and staffed by Ian, Heather and Jon and Amy was excellent. They were personable, knowledgeable, and well prepared. My friend and I had a fantastic time with these neat people: an excellent and much needed example of good folks contributing to the building of strong community. Ten out of ten. We were so impressed that we were motivated to offer to volunteer ourselves at future events. A special thanks to Jon for sharing his knowledge on the technical aspects of selecting shells, to Heather and Ian on their care and for the whole team for their generosity. Thank you!

Great selection & staff! It's hard to judge colors on a screen - being able to walk in & see all the products in person was great! The location is ideal for a day strolling & shopping.

Thank you John!!!! Just had the most amazing customer service experience of my life. I have had a Patagonia Nano Puff jacket for around 7 years and it finally started to wear out with it feeling less warm & started to get tears on one of the sleeves so I took the trip to the Pasadena store with my wife (We live 2 hours away from the closest store) & John swapped my jacket out for a new one no questions asked. I got the hooded version this time around & just paid the small difference. This is the reason why I will continue spending my money at Patagonia and their gear is top quality stuff!!! Excited to wear my new jacket for the next decade. Thank you once again!
